He who does not disapprove, approves.
Explanation
The maxim ‘Qui Non Improbat, Approbat’ literally means that he, who does not disapprove, approves. It is clearly implied that if someone do not approve to something then it means he/she is approving it.
Illustration
‘A’ was accused of committing the offence of theft. However, in the court he did not challenged it or disapproved. This clearly means that he agrees to the accusation.
