Explanation
Often times this phrase will be used in legal context. In legal context, non constat is occasionally a backing for nulling information that was presented by an attorney. Without any tangible proof, non constat information is difficult to argue for.
Illustration
It does not appear. These words are frequently used, particularly in argument; as, it was moved in arrest ofjudgment that the declaration was not good, because non constat whether A B was seventeen years of age when the action was commenced.
