
The suspension of normal functioning of the Orissa High Court (HC) has been extended to November 20 in view of the COVID-19 situation.
However, the High Court will have restricted functioning by virtual mode or videoconference during the period, the HC Registrar General’s order added.
The court will continue to function in a restricted manner on virtual mode and video-conferencing. The subordinate courts and tribunals will also function with restrictions as issued by the High Court during the period.
Besides, the High Court and its offices, subordinate courts and tribunals will remain closed on Saturdays throughout October.
